The Yoria free plan is available to all users at no charge. There are no fees associated with the free plan and therefore no refunds apply. Free plan users may upgrade to a paid subscription at any time.
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable. This includes:
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, partial years, or periods where the service was not actively used. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

Where applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, that right will be honoured in accordance with local legislation.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the free plan and your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
