Why we built it

The recruitment tools that exist were built for enterprise HR departments in the US and Europe. They don't handle Japanese names, JLPT levels, kanji/katakana fields, retainer billing structures, or multi-currency salary tracking. Agencies in Japan were stitching together spreadsheets, Google Docs, and decade-old software.

We built Yoria to change that — a modern, fast, AI-powered ATS that treats Japan and APAC as first-class markets, not afterthoughts.
